• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Random thought for the day

You should not try everything you see on the Internet. Feeding gators is bad. Most wild gators have a natural fear of humans and move away from them. Gators that have been fed do not. They lose the natural fear of humans and begin to associate humans with food, in their primitive brains. the gators that are fed from boats, like in that video, will come to the boats they see in their area. People will not be able to fish or operate recreational watercraft in that area. The gator or gators that have been fed will make that impossible, and eventually they will become aggressive, demanding food. Those gators will probably have to be removed from the public waters. Once they lose the fear of humans they will not be relocated. That only moves the problem to some other lake. The problem gators will be removed by contract gator hunters, and killed. The cute little 2 foot gator you feed marshmallows to today, will eventually become a 12 to 15 foot, half a ton monster that can flip a boat with one swipe of his tail. Feeding gators will make you part of the problem. Some of the news stories you see from Florida about gators eating joggers or old people out for a walk are most likely gators that somebody fed. If the people jogging have a little, bite size dog on a leash, the problem is even worse. the little dog looks just like some of the gators natural food, and the people might attempt to save their pet from the gator. Most of those people do not have the strength or the speed to fight off a large gator. The may be able to outrun the gator because gators are fast only in short distance attacks. They will not continue to pursue an attack for a very long distance.

Not only gators, but don't feed any wild animals. If some nice old woman starts feeding a raccoon that is hanging around the yard, it will not be long before the nice old lady will go outside and there will be 20 or 30 raccoons waiting for lunch.
But what Disney song will she be singing?? ;)
