The demise of bound books.....not saying it's good or bad, just sayin'
Not really, I still have a good collection of hard cover books on the shelves and still buy a few of the classics that I read long ago in tattered paperback form.
Remember, all the digital books and pictures could go away in a heartbeat, with just one huge solar flare or an atmospheric blast from an electronic pulse weapon. They would have to invade in person and burn the bound books, hidden in every attic, basement, and cardboard box in the closet. Not saying any of that is going to happen. It is too easy for them to control most of the population with propaganda spread easily by television, fake news, and advertising assaulting people from every angle. They are not even concerned with books anymore, because so few people read them.
I burned the television and kept the books. The books didn't have a commercial come on every 10 minutes and insult my intelligence.
