Just bought a new 2016 F3 Limited. When trying to scan the FM radio mode for stations, it would only cycle from 70-89 mz. Would not find a station over 89. Called dealer and was told they would have to replace the radio. After reading the manual I discovered they delivered the bike with the region set to Japan and they do not have band with past 89mz. Set to the US and away I go.
