• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RS model around 2010 semi auto battery died stuck in reverse ...how do you get it out of reverse .... Friend just got his wife Spyders .... Haven't looked at it always know where to get great info ...
oh and GOOD MORNING SPYDERLOVERS

:D I haven't seen you in a while... Glad that you stopped by!

Under the LH side of the bike, up near where you can get to the oil tank: you should see a hexagonal rod that is hooked up to the "shifting bits". It was designed so that you could put a wrench on it, and shift the transmission... (Although I forget which way you might need to turn it... :banghead:)
Good luck!

Use a 13 mm open end wrench. There is one in the toolkit. Put the wrench on the flats on the back of the shift lever.

But why do you need to get it into neutral at all? It will roll in gear. When you charge, change or boost the battery and start the engine. It will shift into neutral on it's own.
