• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The USB cable charges the dongle only when the ignition is on. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge. Have you tried removing the dongle and putting it on a house charger, like for a phone? That is what I do the night before I know that I am going to ride. I charge my SMH10 headsets the same way.

Yes, I had the ignition on, the red charging light is not coming on when plugged into the harness usb cable, I do get the red charging light to come on when I plug it into my phone charger.

Thanks,

Found What is Wrong

Well I found out what is wrong that the light will not show as charging, turns out that the USB part of the wire harness is not wired into the plug. Looks like it will be a trip to my dealer to get the faulty harness replaced. Hope they do not give me a hard time because I did the install myself.

They shouldn't give you a hard time, but you can bet they will charge you their hourly rate to fix it.
