Stock pipe
I've put pipes on many different bikes over the years and rarely does it gain you any power if it does it just moves the power band up the rev range and takes away from the bottom end where you need it most , but the biggest problem with loud pipes is public preception it's not fair to everyone else to make them have to listen to your machine if they don't want to then turn arround and put earplugs in yourself they don't like motorcycles ar
already why give them anymore reasons plus I can't tell you how many times I was getting on the throttle and then come arround a corner to be suprised by the law if I would have had a loud pipe he would have known just what I was up to but with a quiet pipe I shifted up putted by no ticket , the packing burns out in a few hours with aftermarket pipes the rivets break etc the day is coming soon that the noise police are going to ticket those with loud pipes they are all over at the Oregon dunes doing just that
