• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder RGS SE5 ROADSTER
Spyder RT SM5 ROADSTER
Spyder RT SE5 ROADSTER

So, the GS became the RS on the 2010 models, correct?

I have seem them as:

SPORTS VERSIONS:
2008/2009:
BRP Spyder GS SM5 ROADSTER
BRP Spyder GS SE5 ROADSTER

2010:
BRP Spyder RS SM5 ROADSTER
BRP Spyder RS SE5 ROADSTER
BRP Spyder RS-S SE5 ROADSTER

I'm not sure on the RT versions, I'm only interested in the sports version, personally.
Hope that helps.
cheers.

To my knowledge, the 2010 RS-S is only SE5...

by the way, those upgraded wheels / spokes (cosmic only upgrade), does look VERY NICE :D

However, costly for me, at least a this point.
cheers.

docdoru very cool pictures of the RSS.

This is my understanding also. The BRP Spyder website only has the SE5 for it's gearing option.

Cheers.

That is correct. My dealer confirmed it.

Part of why I am wondering what it would take to get my bike panels white. Then I would have the best of both worlds, the white color scheme with a manual. Also I am personally not a big fan of the six spoke rims. I like my base three spoker's. My Lady is of the same opinion. Different strokes for different folks.:ohyea:

Hey there.

Seeings how we're chatting about production names, dates and such, I'm wondering the the Safety Card at the top of the dash was added???

Here are two pictures of Spyder dashes, but one has the Safety Card, the other does, not.

Spyder Dash With the Safety Card:

When did that implement the safety card in the dash?
(or was it just taken off in the photo?)

Cheers.

The safety card (and message) has been there from the start of the production models. The other picture was probably a pre-production unit.
