Private Message Clean Up

As the Big Yellow Notice was placed on the forum since 12-27-2018, today i implemented the PM database clean up, so if you didn't back up your PM's that were older than 1 year, they're permanently deleted now.

This is now the standard:

Any PM older than 1 year will be pruned off AUTOMAGICALLY, this means the cron will delete any PM(s) (by the PM's date) on a DAILY basis that are older than 1 year.

Nice new Forum Rules and the timer to get folks to read the rules rather than "automagically" hitting the happy button....:clap:

Yes i've already received a few PM's from the drama club (this dont apply to a few users who sent a PM in a joking manner) about said timer being to long, its 60s, so read the rules.
