Premiere Edition RT-S Available

I hope this doesn't break any forum rules, but I thought there might be someone who might be looking for a PE RT-S. My dealer, Leader's Marine in Kalamazoo, Michigan, just told me they have PE #468 available for purchase after a cancelled order. I forgot to ask if it was a manual or electric shift version. Sorry.

Was the PE available with the SE transmission? The one my dealer has is an SM.

Yes, the RT-S PE is available as a SE. That's what mine is.

Someone correct me here if I am wrong, but I thought all the original Premier Edition Spyders (PE) were manual transmission as the SE had not come out yet. Or was that just the Red color option was not out yet. I am having trouble remembering. I know I was originally wanting to order Red but did not want to wait any longer than we already were waiting when we ordered our spyders back in fall of 2007.

The original PE Spyders (GS/RS) were available only as SM5 models, since the SEs weren't delivered until about a year later. Two colors, yellow and silver. The red color was introduced at the end of the 2008 model year...about the same time as the SEs started to show up. The RT-S PE was available in either transmission style, but only in Timeless Black.

I'll bet you didn't notice this was a RT post.

The RT PE's are coming in SM and SE.
