There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is he at that tiny hospital in Council Grove or elsewhere? If he's a veteran, get him to the VA in Topeka.

He is up in Topeka at ( Strong Memorial, I think that is the hospital name) I keep complaining to his wife & son to take him to the VA hospital in Topeka. The VA will see that he is taken care of even if they have to send him elsewhere & will cover the cost. Yes he is a Vet. Army Ranger, was in Nam. Was stationed at Fort Riley in Manhattan Ks. after his tour in Nam. Bad case of PTSD, along with other health problems from Nam. Nan & I are planning on a week in Council Grove around June 7, 2016 if he makes it. Hoping like hell he does.Is he at that tiny hospital in Council Grove or elsewhere? If you mean Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka, that's a good hospital. The Topeka VA hospital also seems to have avoided the issues other VA facilities have had - at least I've not heard of them. My Pa uses a local VA clinic that's an extension from Topeka.
