• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well, it's all done, and all assembled.

No cat, new Yosh 77, new plugs, new wires, and clean Air filter. So I filled the tank (again) with non ethanol premium, and hit the road. 4.5 miles in town, then a 70 mph 70 mile run, and re-filled the tank. It took 1.98 gallons… that's 41.1 mpg !!! :D

It runs smoother, accelerates (seat of the pants) much faster, is just a quiet in the cockpit, but other riders say it sounds MUCH more robust...

All in all, I'm a happy camper. And the dash bag stayed in place, and without concern.

The same trip before all the changes gave me 24.7 mpg - and is an optimal trip for my RT (steady speed). I was able to compare apples to apples, and will continue to monitor over time.

I don't care what town milage is, only highway, as needed for touring.
