• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Police F3 on eBay

The local police will want it de-badged and de-lighted for sure. No advantage whatsoever in buying a unit like that.

When they first came out--a few police departments got the units. I am guessing they were "gratis" just to get the brand before the public. Did not hear much about the success or not of the program after the initial programming. :dontknow::dontknow:

Also, if I remember correctly, the Police F3's start instantly. Turn the key and hit the starter. Plus I think the rear sprocket gearing is different but I might be wrong on that one.

If I didn't have so many other things going on this year I'd seriously look into that. Especially if all the extra rear storage is included.

Actually like the bags, remove the lights & decals for sure:lecturef_smilie: wonder if it offers the skip mode to start feature ?? That would almost make up for the price:p

5 miles and on the dealer's floor?
wonder if it was bought with the hope of selling to a police dept.?
The police badging is generic, I suspect local emblems would be on a police bike in actual service.
You know with the extra light and siren switches you could hook up almost anything.
The matte black with gloss actually looks pretty neat.
Now you know riding this would get you through the traffic!

Why rebadge it. Hell I would buy a Black & White helmet, leave it as is, ride around and scare the hell out of people! If it has a sireeeen that could be even better!
:joke:

Or if that doesn't work out we could take up a collection, buy it and give it to Mike for all those "rowdies" at the Rally's. He could get relieved by Cruzr Joe at lunch time! :D

Maybe not his first

When I bought my bike last May this company had a Police unit on the lot at that time not sure if this is the same one or they got another one in. The bike was awesome up close.

An co-worker from when I worked bought an old (retired?) police car. While all the radios, sirens, and such were removed. The badging was not, but more important for him was the engine mods were still there. He said it was one fast car, and was why he bought it.
