• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Poker run in Northern Utah

I was privileged yesterday to participate in the third annual Poker Run, sponsored by High Adventure Power sports. There were about 60 Spyders, and a few other brands involved. We left the Barnes Park in Kaysville Utah, rode to Morgan Utah, for the first stop. I thought I was doing good with the first 2 cards being spades, we then rode up around East. Canyon Dam then through Henefer then on to Coalville for the next stop. Next card not so good, so my flush went down the drain. On each stop I checked out the equipment, I found out I had the only Manual Shift Rt on the trip, the only one with a BumpSkid, the only one with an idler on the drive belt. I guess I'm weird. Next stop was in Kamas Utah, another loser card, then on to the Dealership in West Valley Utah, they fed a nice lunch and gave out some prizes, I guess a pair of Twos didn't win. There was a disabled Vet on the ride, missing both legs above the knee. He had a prosthesis on his right legs and strapped on his crutches on the rear of his Rs. He is a Hero! A great time was had by all, the weather was great and no problems on the ride. I filled my tank with Real gas with no ethanol. The round trip was over 200 miles, my low fuel light came on at 215 miles, I'm guessing close to 40 mpg. What a great motorcycle.
