• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A local Radio station was having a sweet deal last night. Pull into the local/specific gas station and get a free fill. 94 Octane and a full tank no charge. Not very often that happens, but man was that nice. Thank you to the BEAR 100 FM / Edmonton Alberta.

:congrats:

Gotta love it when things like that happen.

At the nice cheap price you guys have to pay for gas would have filled about half my tank. Takes me 25 Euro to fill over here. What does it normally cost for you to fill up in dollars ?
Last time I was over in Baltimore and had to fill up a 4 x4 I was standing at the pump for what seemed like a week, and it was only 45 dollars, I nearly fell over.
Enjoy the cheap juice while it lasts.

Just shy of $15 this morning to go from 0 bars to full bars. Pump price was $2.799.

Wish I had your gas prices. We have been between $2.97 and $2.99 all summer.

Only a two cent swing? Our price will go up $0.20 in a day :gaah: and then inch back down over the course of a week. We've been in the $2.90 range a couple of times this year. Once Pilo gets on this thread and posts his gas prices, we'll all be sad.... :D

We are also averaging around $2.80 for premium. If you get closer to the interstate it goes up to about $3.00.

The price I quoted was on regular. Premium is almost always $0.20 higher than regular and mid-grade is $0.10 higher than regular. I've tried premium for a few months straight and really didn't notice any difference in mileage or performance so I save myself about a buck per tank and use regular.

Ouch, at those prices I would probably use regular as well. I know it probably doesn't really make a difference, but old habits are hard to break and I have always run premium in my toys.

:clap:Never mind the cost of the gas. Do you really have 94 octane?? Your Spyder must purr going down the road.

yes I really got a full tank of 94 octane, some of the crowd were cackling and snickering, hey buddy only two wheels allowed, so after the free fill from nearly empty, did a burnout in the parking lot and came home ( was starting to rain ) nasty storm when I got home. Unable to tell if it runs better/performance wise or better economy. never had a problem with 87 octane, so will give her a go next weekend if the weather holds. usually costs me anywhere from 15-20 bucks for a fill.
