• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Plastic deflector front arm, how to remove shocks.

I want to take off the two top plastic cover/deflector on both sides of the arm and saw that the shocks have to be removed to do this. How do I remove the shocks, what I am asking is which one of the bolts top or bottom do I take out or do I need to remove both. Also do I jack up front and lets wheels hang or it can be down without the wheels being off the ground.

Just put a jack under and raise up just a bit---not quite enough to lift the tires... then loosen the bolts and remove. I don't think you'll get that plastic part off without removing the shock from both top and bottom.

On my first attempt I jacked it all the way off the floor and there was too much downward pressure from the wheel to easily get the bolts out... so I just lowered it until they were easy to remove--- which ended up with the tires still on the ground... but jacked up just a bit.

Really easy to remove the shocks... the only panel I removed was the lower fronts that go around the foglight holes.
