• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Picture Of a Stump

Here is a picture of a stump I captured on the shores of Lake Superior. There are faces in that stump and other things too. Not sure if this small picture will show that much detail, but here it is.

At first, I was stumped. I didn't see the faces. When I logged on later I still wasn't shore. I took a short nap. When I woke, I cleared the sand from my eyes and then it became clear. I could finally see the turtle at the base of the the wood. Then my curiosity was peeked about the tee pee in the background.

Good eye bruiser. The tee pee wasn't well built and might have been the start of a giant bonfire. As far as the turtle, I didn't see that until you pointed it out.

I must say... And I mean no harm. Those with a sensitive nature need to stop reading and go to the next post...

That looks like a person "Doggy styling it" while being supported by a tree stump and putting a hand on the dog that walked up trying to see what is going on. Seriously. That is what I first saw...:yes::yes::yes:

Maybe that is because I had a flashback? :roflblack::roflblack:

:D I certainly HOPE so! :2thumbs:

The driftwood "art" of Lake Superior is for real. Some can be found in gift shops along the shores. We got plenty of "raw material" when we lived on Chequamegon Bay in Ashland. Also very plentiful along MN's North Shore.
