• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

took about 3 hours - not too bad if you take your time .

you have to remove the side plastics , the trunk and upper dash to expose all the wiring and to install the new wiring harness.

One thing I will have to see is if the machine is gonna run hotter now that I blocked off those air intakes .

I wanted the fog lamps for more light in the daytime , so the cagers can see me coming better.

I know at night they can see me because they flash me like I have the high beams on , and I don't . I checked the level of the headlamps and they are fine .

I was wondering what a spyder may look like at night coming at you , may be the think I am a quad or something that shouldn't be on the road ?

Remember that the headlight alignment is best checked with a rider (or sandbag) on the seat. The headlights will rise when a rider and/or a passenger is aboard.

I usually use the garage door for reference point , and standing up on the headlamps they should be at your knees - that's how I've done it on cars for years .

Thanks for the chart , I will try it out .

Fog light install

I was an hour into install (got to console disassembly) before I came to conclusion pay the Dealer the $90 so I put it back together and let Dealer install. I'm glad I did I wish I would not be such a man some times and give in sooner.
