I use to do crazy stuff when I was young & also when I thought I couldn't be killed. Then I grew up, Now I stay away from all that good stuff. Yesterday I got back on the treadmill, walk only, after a torn hamstring in October put me out of commission, tore it doing a 90 degree turn at a run. Guess I better stick to the easy stuff.
