• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hope to pick it up early this week. Waiting for install of farkles, heated seat with driver's backrest, trailer hitch, etc. hard to wait but they have their own schedule.

I have a 2014 RT Limited and love it. I'm just a bit confused as I thought all RT Limited's came with heated seats???
Enjoy the Spyder and lots of miles of safe ryding.

Unless you ordered it as an option, heated seats are not standard equipment on any Spyder.

Congratulations..!!

hope they get on the ball and you can get on the road and sends some photos..:2thumbs: of course things slow down if they have your money....:roflblack::roflblack: hang in there...

Congratulations

Congrats on your new ride. I hope to find something like that this Spring. Isn't it abit cold for riding in IN. this time of year. My wife went to high school in Madison.

The heated seat is an option, it came with a comfort seat. It can be cool for riding in south east Indiana this time of year, hence the heated seat and Gerbings hook ups. Plus, I will need to trailer it home as I can not ride with my ight arm in a sling, post shoulder surgery on December 23rd. If it were not for that I would ride it home, Middletown, OH is only a little over an hour distant.

Well, they DO come standard on the 2013 RT's, but the problem is they only work in the summer. ;) Better to get the Comfort Seat with the heated seat option.

They (the dealer) tells me it should be ready Friday. I will believe it when they call and tell me to come get it. Weather Friday looks a little iffy and I may defer to next week.
