• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Passenger Floorboards

We finished our passenger floorboards this weekend. They are not very showy, but are very functional and inexpensive. I designed them to give Jennifer room to move her feet when we travel. They are not meant to be weight-bearing, just supportive.

Cool.
How about a picture of the underside - showing the actual attachment?

Nice job. Good workmanship. Only down side is now the parking brake is harder to access.

I am OK with the parking brake. The boards can be raised back, as they are mounted on the footpegs and do not touch anything when swung back. I swing the left one back to release brake in the Spyder Cave.

Looks much better and safer now with the rubber on them - looks like you beefed up the lower supports too.
