New to spyders and missing a screw and expaining to two different dealers ended up with both sending the wrong part.

2016 RT Limited

When you raise the trunk their are six screws that hold the inner liner to the shell, what would the description and or part number be for these six screws, almost look like a sheet metal screw.

Also, missing two of the 4 screws that hold the console bracket on, I found them on a picture on the web

says they are called

Torx Screw M5 x 14

OEM number 250000487

Trying to find them is about as hard as needle in haystack

Not that it's a perfect solution... :shocked:
But almost any decent hardware store can sell you all of the M5 x 14 screws that you want.
They just might not have a Torx head on them.

They're coarse threaded screws that go into plastic. I must have 100s of them because when you remove the OEM bumpskid you remove some and they aren't replaced. Just take one out and go to a hardware store they should be able to match it or take one to your dealer.

Dealer is 100 miles away and when I described it, they sent the wrong one. Tried Hardware store, Theissens, Lowes, Menards and nothing so far. Another dealer closer to me which I have not tried but since the salesman said that since I did not buy my trike from them that they would refuse service, would just as soon not go there as a matter of principle. Will look to order online once I can figure out what to specifically ask for on the trunk screws.
