What is the difference between the paint on a Spyder and the paint on a car or truck. Don't both have several layers of clear coat on them as well?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The stock Spyder paint doesn't have clear. That's why the small scratches show so quickly.
So that's why every mosquito I sideswipe scratches my paint! DANG!

THE PAINT IS CLEAR COATED.. THEY ARE ALL PAINTED WITH URETHANE.. 2 STAGE SYSTEM 3 STAGE IF YOU HAVE A PEARL COLOR.. IF YOU WANT TO TEST.. JUST TAKE A PIECE OF WET OR DRY SAND PAPER ( THE BLACK STUFF) 600 GRIT OR HIGHER AND QUICK SCUFF THE PAINT IF IT COMES UP THE COLOR OF THE BIKE IT IS NOT CLEAR COATED... IF IT COMES UP WHITE OR A MILKY COLOR ITS CLEAR
