Well it sounds as if the dealer is certainly in line with what should be expected... :thumbup:

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

First of all, I want to thank everyone for their input and information. I spoke to the dealer yesterday and asked him to go back to Canam/BRP to see if they would help. The response I got was he would but sounded like I was really putting him out to make the call. I bought the bike used off Ebay so maybe that was part of the attitude even though I bought it a year ago when I lived in Louisville. I will call Canam tomorrow and if I don't get anywhere, I will write a letter to their CEO in Canada. If I end up getting anywhere with this, I will let everyone know. Again, thanks for your help.

:yes::bowdown: I am happy to report that the dealer called me back this morning after talking to Canam and they have agreed to provide the paddle switch and I pay the labor. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.
