P1-X Power Tip

Has anyone with a two brothers exhaust have or tried the P1-X power tip.

I see some have the P1 tip - wondering how the two compare and if the P1-X makes a noticable difference in sound or performance.

From what I have read the P1 doesnt do too much but the P1-X does for sound.

It's not supposed to make a performance difference but I am also thinking that either tip (more so the P1-X) would create a slight backpressure (or should I say constriction). Would this help with some of the decel pops that some are experiencing because some flow is restricted?

Usually decel popping is a symptom of a lean running condition.
A restricted exhaust will not cause popping.

That's my point. A two bro pipe is unresticted which may cause a lean condition, putting a power tip on would restrict it some reducing airflow which leads to my question: would that might be enough to make the popping deminish.

I probably did take your question backwards. I'm left handed and also dyslexic :yikes: Back to the power tip, maybe but i doubt it will.
[ my opinion only] Juice box will be the answer to the popping problem.

I would tend to go along with your opinion but I know guy that has the 2bros dual with tips, does not have a JB and no popping in decel (Chris....are yer ears ringing?)

I am savin up for a JB anyways. I have lots of time before spring and I am more than half way there there allready

I have the P1 - works fine for me - it quiets the pipe down a bit - my ears don't ring like they used to. But I normally do not wear a 3/4 or full face helmet when ryding unless it is really cold or raining out.

I have the P1 X tip and it makes a world of difference. I did have to use a small piece of exhaust wrap to make a gasket between the tip and pipe outlet. Otherwise I got an annoying rattle.
