There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. OYSTER RUN 2012!!!

I should be able to catch up with you at the Calico Cupboard Inn before you leave for Anacortes. I have a friend that may also be joining us with his new RT as well, we will be riding in from the north.

Anyone eles coming from north of burlington that wants to meet me and Neez at the Alger Tarven?

I am coming from Bellingham and will wait till 6:30 at the starbucks on Sunset by I-5 before heading down so if any others join me there we can swing into Alger on the way South

Oyster Run 2012

Hey Joe, as promised, we will have atleast 8 Spyders and 12 members of the Spyder Ryder of America - Columbia River Chapter joining you Sunday. This includes our furthest member to the north of us, Spyderman051 (Steve) from Pacific, WA. So, what is the count you now have joining you? Our plan is to come up Saturday and stay in La Conner that night and meet everyone Sunday morning for the Oyster Run.

All Set For Breakfast

I called the Calico Cupboard in La Conner today to give them a heads up on the 30+ Spyder Owners that will be arriving Sunday morning around 7:30 AM. They are expecting us, as they know about the Oyster Run all too well.

All I can say is, we have come a long way since the 6 of us surrounded one table way back when...

I'd love to have another CanAm riding with me but it sounds like you'll be going in the other direction. This is the route I plan to take -

Mike I think I will join you. I have never been on Whidbey Island. I have the green can-am. You catching a 8am ferry from Port Townsend? I will meet you at the ferry terminal and catch the ferry over with you. Sound good?

Sounds good, Jack. Whidbey Island is a very pleasant ride, and we might pick up Joe, and perhaps another, on the other side. I made an on-line reservation for my bike (for the 8am sailing). You might consider that, although bikes "almost always" get on.

Lety and Ricardo are going, we can't wait to see you guys again!

Looking forward to see you guys there, we will see you in Smokey point at 6:45am

Oyster Run 2012

The weather is suppose to be good. Members of the SRA-Columbia River Chapter will meet at Tully’sCoffee at 710 NE 5[SUP]th[/SUP] Ave in Vancouver, WA (west side of I-5 and 78[SUP]th[/SUP]Street, just past LA Fitness at 8:00AM, depart at 8::30AM, Saturday, September22nd. We’ll take I-5 north and veer off onto Hwy 101 to Port Townsend,WA, where we will board the ferry to Coupeville. The cost is under $10for single rider, rider and passenger, and Spyder, for seniors and non-seniorriders. We hope to arrive in time to catch the 11:45AM or 12:30departures, depending on travel time and availability. I believe everyonefrom our group have plans to stay in La Conner, within blocks of each other Saturday evening, and meeting the Spyder group Sunday morning at Calico Cupboard.

Lots of bikes!

Had a great time in Anacortes today - so nice to see so many CanAm's!! Here's a goofy video I made by walking around with my helmet on. Not very professional, but maybe it will give a little bit of the feel of the Oyster Run experience.

What an incredible turnout of Spyder owners! Thanks to everyone for making this annual venue just a little more special, especially to those of you who drove such a great distance to attend.

Here are my photos. I regret I didn't capture a group photo of us to include in this photo album for this year, but there's always next year. The video edit of our ride from Calico Cupboard to the rally will take awhile to complete as I have a lot of catching up to do from 13 days from having so much playtime away from home along the California and Oregon coasts.
;)

Great pictures........ I enjoyed seeing old and meeting new friends this year..... Had a great time and hope to make some rides before Oldman Winter comes around.....

Great pictures! I enjoyed meeting new spyder riders and chatting with others that I met in Eureka last month. The trun out was great and all seemed to have a wonderful time including my wife and myself. This was her first event or ride that was of any distance. We logged about 750mi over 3 days. I think she has the Spyder bug now!:yes:

Video of the Ryde to Anacortes

My bud George graciously agreed to put the Contour camera on his Spyder as we rode from La Conner to Anacortes, and this is the result. A find bit of photography, I might add...
