Hi, I enjoy this forum to learn. I have a 2012 RT-SE5 that won't go. I was parked and when I got on to start, there was a delay in start, a hard shaking, numerous codes flashed, then the Spyder begin to shake and click and clack, limp mode came on the screen. I shut everything off, and had the brothers hand push the Spyder to a sheltered area for the towing company to come...which they could not do until the dealer opened up. The dealer said, after Roadster was in the shop 10 days, that I was unit #21 off the assembly line and they need a type A diagnosing machine to detect what is wrong as all they had is a type B. I had the Spyder 3 weeks and it had about 1000 miles on it (OK I love to ride). The roadster has been in the shop 3 weeks. Has anyone else had this problem/situation??? This was a demo unit and the oil etc was changed at 200 miles before delivery. I know the seats stitching came apart and I have had to have the seat replaced too. I enjoyed riding and read all the good things about a Spyder an dhope I did not buy a lemon....sigh :doorag:.....
