• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just tried to register and it says it's closed.

Before when I tried to register a few weeks ago the site was giving problems.. never got a confirmation... figured I would just try again later.

I don't ever recall seeing a deadline for registering.

So will they allow walk-on registrations?

Only if you jump the registration table "duke boys style" on your PE spyder.

Should have signed up before... I know......:banghead:
Just been a crazy mess of life distractions lately.

I'll be coming back from the Grand Canyon with my 3 HD buddies.. getting in Thursday evening... leaving Saturday morning.

Don't really want to do any big group rides.... I think the 4 of us are going to do the MDH that Friday... spend the rest of the time catching up with everyone that's going, etc....

We'll be there regardless of registration... rooms are locked in.....

Should be a great time!

last year BRP was excepting walk-ins at registration...2 different lines...pre-registration and registration....early registration got you a $25. gift card...you should be fine...see you @ Durango

I have registered twice - never got a confirmation either time so you may already be registered and just no know it.

Happy time

Mr. D Where are you staying in Durango--?
I was going to ask around and see if anyone wants to head south after BRP and see the Grand Canyon???
Now I can get insider information for helmet law, route's and traffic avoidance-------as for radar traps----they probable closed after you filled the quota.

Look for you on the 21st

We will be no-shows so if there is any way to delete our reservation and take the position.....

Got to thinking about not receiving confirmation of my reservation and remembered how long it has taken (and I still can't log on) to get registered and accepted as a REAL Spyder owner. If the same system is in place for registering for the event, then it's no wonder there's been no contact. Had this not gone on for a month I'd not have brought it up, but I've made at least two phone calls (as the their site advises one to do) and theres been a half a dozen emails sent back and forth between myself and a couple of BRP's people. It only takes them a week to respond to and email, guess that's supposed to be good?

OK - I vented.

Good to hear there will be other HDs there! My wife rides the Spyder and I'm a diehard HD rider.

Thanks Phil, I have reservation but thought maybe someone else may be looking for one. Not sure if it is getting hard to find them yet.
