• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ordered a new “White front Sprocket” but the number is odd!?!

:banghead: I’ll start by giving a list of what was ordered:

Part# 705503291 - Pulley-Idler Kit RT (which does not have new two bearing wheel by the way)
Part# 250001017 - Screw Hex-Flange (new pulley bolt)
Part# 705503239 - Wheel Sprocket 28 teeth B-356 Painted

When I received the parts, the number on the pulley box was correct, 705503239, but the number on the actual sprocket was 705503244 with a date stamped under it of 01/21 and on the opposite side “built in the USA”. I called the dealer back, they are looking into the new number??

I have a couple questions for anyone.....

1. Has anyone else who ordered a new sprocket got one with this number? Is it actually a better one? and

2. I thought BRP parts were manufactured in Canada?

Thanks to anyone who has dealt with this issue!
