• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Old School Pin-Striping on RT

Back in 1991 I had some work like that done on my Goldwing & trailer by a guy named Michael Robbins, in the Oklahoma City area. Have no idea if he's still around and still doing it, but always loved the look of it.

Yours look incredible! :firstplace:

Just like the Ole School hot rods, now on a new school hot rod. I think it looks awesome it really suits the white:2thumbs::2thumbs:

Fantastic! Love it! I was considering a wrap like Lamont's but not anymore. But striping is at the bottom of my mods lost. :(

I have been debating between doing pinstripping or some type of vinyl graphic wrap. Was recently told that any additional painting you do (like pinstripping) deters from your trade-in/resale value because no matter how well it's done it's not going to appeal to everyone thereby limiting the number of potential buyers. A vinyl graphic can always be removed at trade-in time. May also look into the removeable pinstripping as well, but really had some cool ideas on doing a painted spider theme, just can't decide.:dontknow:

Give Pete at Power Sports Wraps ( Site sponsor ) a call and run your ideas by him. Great guy to deal with and has some pretty good ideas.

I think you just knock me off the fence!

I been thinking about this type of pin stripping also. It really looks nice and now I might just have it done. Looks great!

You guys down Cuba way may have a pin stripper available at the fest. If so maybe you can get a rough price of stripping something like the one in this thread but not with the trailer. Thanks again, Bob
