• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Okay... I DO Like The Looks Of It!

:D Since you asked...
Stretch the rider/passenger area about an inch or two, and give us more room! :gaah:
Make the saddlebags and top trunk more spacious, and make the space more useful, by "squaring it up" a bit!
Give us shaft drive: a longer wheelbase will mean a longer belt... :yikes:
And since the wheelbase is longer: you have room for a larger fuel tank!
How about a radio system that is easier to figure out?
Less reflectors, and more lighting! nojoke
reinforce that center strut for the windshields
Get your mirror mounting system from Russ!
Since all of this will add weight: bump the displacement and power a bit too!

There ya go. Hey BRP--please build this thing before we die or run out of money. :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

:welcome:
That is correct: They have to be ordered before about the middle of October.
(The exact date escapes me right now... :opps:)

BRP emailed out info and it said the 10th anniversary model would only be built to order.
Back to this issue:
Here's what BRP has on their website:

"ORDER BEFORE JULY 15, 2017 AND GET 4-YEAR COVERAGE
AND $500 IN PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND RIDING GEAR."

"10th Anniversary models are only available for sale until October 24, 2017.
So best hurry, a milestone anniversary like this doesn’t come around every year."

So if you're gonna shop: the clock is ticking!

F3 Limited ordered. Order before July 15 to get 500 in gear and accessories as well as 4 year warranty coverage .

Black doesn't perk up my ears, although the gold is a great touch. Gimme a rich teal, turquoise or purple (or bring back the cognac!) and I'll definitely look twice. I'm too pragmatic to trade just for color, though.
:agree: add an other vote to the colors mentioned above. Deanna

We're off to the races now!:yes::yes:
The money looks right... We're just gonna give our Dealer a chance to see what she can learn about what the "Real" 2018s will be like!
The Missus isn't too keen on buying a "Pig in a poke". nojoke

So if anyone has heard anything "interesting" about the 2018s: PM me!

And real tires! Also, like 4Marie said, more ground clearance. And real tires.

My only question is why would I want to wait until October 2017 for a 2017 model? The new 2018's are supposed to be announced around that time. Am I missing something here? :dontknow::dontknow:

The 10th Anniversary bikes are 2018s...

Unless you count those 2007 models! :roflblack:

I am not a fan of black vehicals
Too hard to keep clean
But what I did like about the 10th aniversery edition was the smoke colored headlight and fog light
How many at the unveiling noticed that
Also the bike was not complete as it was a limited but had no parking break switch
And no rear suspension switch

Order between now and July 15. That's it, from what my sources have said. So sharpen your pencil quickly!

Oops just read Bobs earlier post that you can order until October 24th.

If you want the 4 year warranty and $500 worth of free accessories: your deadline to order is July 15th. They will be available for ordering up until Oct. 24th.

I'm going to take a day, and ride up to my dealer (Klinger PowerSports, in Walton, NY), and see what mine is worth in a trade. Once I've got THAT number: it's time to decide what we're doing.
The tough decision will be whether we should just consider this a "lost Season", and leave the bike with them; or continue riding it, and lose value. :dontknow:
