i did some research on this, turns out the dear is a self made man, and has the Duncan donuts franchise in that area

Mule deer are pretty. Yep, someone has set this one up for a quick death.

i found this on facebook, one of the comments was that it might of been a pet deer and the owner put the doughnut on it so it might not get shot
