• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I need to add oil to my reservoir.
Can i use another brand or do i need to use the xps. Ok to mix???
Thanks in advance:yes::yes:

Yeah..!!

you can as long as they have the same spec's. Try to stay with the same kind and weight, in this case a synthetic blend. But if you are out and selection is poor you can add others and change your oil when you get back..:thumbup:

Absolutely, as long as its the proper weight and a motorcycle oil. Makes no diff if its all syn or a blend (which is prob what you have in it now).

As seems to be the unanimous response, yes, it's fine to mix as long as you use the correct JASO rated oil and are close to the same viscosity and at least a blended oil, if not full synthetic. If anything, try not to go lower than the upper number (40). But it won't hurt to go to 50 on the upper number.
