oil lite & check eng.

I picked up:spyder2: Fri. 15th aft 6k service,drove home 50 mi. no problem.Tues.19th I took a ride it started to buck like eng. was cold,it smoothed out pretty quick,after stopping at a store about six mi away,for a half hr.it bucked a few times and oil lite came on.I stopped and checked oil,OK!.Started up oil lite was off,all seemed normal.drove another twenty mi no problem.After trip and letting :spyder2: cool in my driveway,started bike and I got oil lite and check engine.What do you think ? richie

I think you should contact the dealer ASAP. Could be a bad oil pump or oil pressure sensor. Could also be something else. Why take a chance on destroying the engine, though?
