• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Oil light question

I now have about 500 miles on my 2014 RTS. I do not remember seeing the oil light come on when I turned the ignition key to "On", but didn't start it, when I first took possession of the the bike. I now notice that it is on until I start it up and it immediately disappears. Was I just not seeing the light when I first got the bike or is it now on (not flashing) for a reason? In cars, they ore often on just until the vehicle is started. Hopefully it's the same for the Spyder.

Have to agree..!!

with my learned friend...:agree: Only worry if it comes on while its running...!!

I have a 2014 Nissan Rogue. It doesn't have any kind of an oil pressure indicator. It instead has a computer function that gives you a warning if you have lost pressure. If there is no problem, there is no warning or indicator of any kind.
