• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Oil Drain Plug Removal

F3-S, you can remove the plastic cover under the sump. There is only about 3 small bolts holding it on. Once the plastic is removed, jack it up high enough you can use a hammer under there. Put a small cold chisel on the edge of the plug and tap with a small hammer .......... in the direction to remove the plug. Don't need to tap real hard. The plug will begin to loosen with just a few taps. Replace the plug with one of the hex head plugs that you can get on with a socket. Pinging it out with a chisel won't damage the plug. It will just make a few shallow marks on the edge of it.

And that is just what I did although it took more than a 'gentle tap'. My plug was STUBBORN! However, a word of warning to other Ltd owners: the third bolt that holds the plastic piece is behind the 'drive pulley' and not accessible. My plastic piece did come off though :gaah: and now has a new third attachment system.

"Facts" like the old style propane hose connectors (left hand thread). When I had my grandson working with me I told him "that connector s left hand thread". The second time I said "that connector is left hand thread" he said "I know. You told me that." My reply, "Well now you'll remember."

Oxygen right hand threads...... Acetylene is left hand threads. Impossible to cross hook the hoses on a cutting torch.
