• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Oil change today, using Rotella T6 & BajaRon's kit!

Sounds like you talked to a new Tech

This is what the tech at Hiflo told me yesterday. Also, their website doesn't provide a filter for at least the 2016 RTS SE6.p ok

I have used a 'Hi Flo' filter for my Spyder. My Spyder is a 2016 RTL SE6. Maybe another manufacturer Hiflo vs Hi Flo.
I don't have the box and don't know who I got it from. I remembered that I ordered it from Amazon. It was not very well made in my opinion. I now have a different brand that I am using. ......

I could be wrong, but any oil filter for a 1330 should fit (most) all 1330's? It's not the model of the ride it's the engine if they didn't make a major reconfiguration and redesign. Below is Baja Ron's oil filter application for the 1330.

2014-2021 SM6 & SE6 (1330cc ACE) Spyder Oil Filter Kit (Includes Seal Kit & Domestic Shipping)
1- Oil Filter + 1 Seal Kit

He is a good person and a vendor on this Forum....:coffee:

Rotella T6 is getting very hard to find, and crazy high priced when you do. I found that Quicksilver 10W40 is JASCO MA2 rated, and available at a reasonable price on Amazon.

:congrats: on DIY'ing  ..... I've done quite a few of them myself ..... and still use the same " O " rings that came with my RT .... If it ain't broke I don't fix it ..... JMHO .... Mike

are you talking about the rubber O Rings ... or the Brass O rings under the drain plugs ???
