• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

NY Hunter Mtn

Would be great, except..

Friday October 2, I will enjoying an incredible gift I receive by turning 50  this past August..
A :cus: colonoscopy. ..sorry.

The Missus and I are also looking at the 3rd...
Chuck,
If we could pick a spot to meet over along Rte. 28...
Grahamsville will be blocked-off: the Giant Pumpkin Party and it's annual Parade through Town, will have this place become a traffic nightmare! nojoke

:D We're up through your neighborhood all of the time! The Missus likes a particular quilting shop up in Walton, and my bike came out of Klinger's...

Sounds like a good fit with the wives, Bob. Saturday, Oct. 3 is a good one for Hunter Mtn. Lets see who chime's in and can join us.

*Otter is also working on a meet up location for a ride under the "Central NY" tread, hopefully we can hook up along the way with his group.

My wife and myself would like to join in on Saturday the 3rd. We will be coming from Dutchess County. Over the Mid Hudson bridge in Poughkeepsie or the Kingston Reigncliff bridge. Give us a location on Rt 28 and a eta we will join the crew.

sounds like a party might be in sight!!:yes:

Hi Chuck,
Grahamsville will literally be "Shut down from 8:30 am or so, until about 10:00am...
No through traffic will be possible...
It would be best for you to pick up Rob K out near near Rte. 28 and Rte. 209 intersection, and then head directly West.
We can figure out a point where we can join in on the fun!
(We'd leave early; before things get locked down, and go out through to Big Indian...)

Never been down to this event but looks like fun.Any info on where to stay would be welcome..Going to have to get the map out as I don,t know the area.

Great, hope you can make it. Hunter Mountain has overnight rooms but they are somewhat pricey. You may want to check this website for a local Bed & Breakfast : http://www.bedandbreakfast.com/hunter-new-york.html

If anyone else wants to meet up on that morning in Downsville along route 30 to Margaretville please let me know. From there we are open on a route up to route 23 in Hunter.

Weather permitting

My wife and I would love to take part :2thumbs::2thumbs:. We would be coming from Nassau county so we need specifics.
