• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Numb Throttle Hand

Just an update on this and we rode 400 miles yesterday on twisty country back roads in the Ozarks and spent 8 hours in the saddle with an average speed of 50 MPH. While we had a few dumb moments during the day but I didn't have any numb moments at all in my throttle hand (left hand never has that problem) and that is a good thing. I'll try and find the other one and match it for the left side because for me it is more comfortable to hang on to.

grab on grips and crampbuster

i use the crampbuster with the grab-on replacement foam grips. the grips are a thinner diameter with a knob type end. they have worked out great, no numbness ever.

Yes, I always wear gloves with the padding in them, not sure if they are gel or not.

You probably suffer from carpel tunnel narrowing of the area where the nerves run through.

There is company that is called Sims Vibration Labratory's they make essentially stick on vibration dampeners for bows and guns etc but I used them on my former Spyder they seemed to work pretty good in lowering the amplitude of the vibration. The best solution is surgery and open those tunnels up some had the right hand done its great left not done it still goes numb on occasion. Frequency especially high frequency amplifies the issues and the Rotax is high rev.
