• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

But, a friend and riding buddy of mine's nephew was in a serious MC accident early this morning in NH, two broken arms and a broken leg. He was wearing full gear, which we are convinced saved his life. He is badly injured, and is in his second surgery right now. No definitive prognosis as of yet. I would respectfully ask this community to keep this young man in their thoughts and wish him a full and speedy recovery. It is going to be a long, hard road for him, and any good vibes we can send his way will surely help. I humbly thank you all.

It happens to the best of us. I can honestly say I feel his pain! I'm 2.5 years into my recovery.... I'm pulling for him! When he gets well it might be time for him to come and join us ex-2 wheelers in the Y Factor Club.

sad news....

:pray:'s for sure and know every little bit can help. Do hope he heals well and soon and the family to be strong through it all...

AN UPDATE

I heard from my friend today about his nephew. His name is Joe Benedetto. He needs more operations on his right arm, and a plate in his leg. He is far from out of the woods yet. A gofundme page has been started for him to help cover what will no doubt be immensely expensive hospital bills. If anyone can find it in their hearts to make a small donation, the family would greatly appreciate it. Here is the link. I hope this doesn't violate any admin rules. Just trying to help a fellow human being.
