• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

not enough money to do this

Queezy..!!

that's what I got outta that. You think that helmet will help if he fall..?? :roflblack: couldn't they just drop him off from a chopper..??:roflblack:

I've done this!!!

Back when I was young and dumb..(you know the rest). In the 70's I worked for a TV cable company. But the tallest one I ever climbed was 900 ft. and that was plenty high. We use to have to climb up and replace the fittings every so often. Would not even consider doing this now. But when young and dumb I always felt there was no way you could beat me off of the tower much less let go. I'm just glad i survived those young and dumb days!!

Eff THAT!

:yikes:

I have enough of a problem climbing a 20 foot ladder to get into the starter's stand at a certain race track!

Hard to belive OSHA allows free climbing like that. Cant climb on a scaffolding without being strapped in.

 You know what they say about "Terra Firma"...

The more "Firma"; the less "Terra". :D

:agree: No particular fear of heights, but that's still too rich for my blood!

I get freaked out just watching something like that. Have been to some very high vistas, but even safe access scared me a bit.

I could not do that for any amount of money. :yikes:

Did u have to have a safety harness/tie off? Still hard to believe OSHA allows them to climb unattached.

Back in 1972, kids could ride in the back of a pickup, so I'm thinking you probably didnt have too.
