• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That's just a little bit East of my old haunts.
I fought the battle of Route 206, while travelling back and forth to College back in the day...

DEPENGDS ON WHICH STABLE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT ? ? ?

Hey Mike,
4 Sleds; what have you got in the stable?? :2thumbs:

Arctic Cat Turbo......Yamaha Warrior ( 120 hp ).....Yamaha Phazer.......Polaris 550 Sport Touring ..( two-up towing machine )

My Dream garage at this point, starting with the oldest, 2001 600 edge x, 2002 800 edge x, 2004 800 pro x2, 2011 800 rush, 2011 800 assault 144. More sleds that motorcycles. Going riding tomorrow.

Mike,
What year is your Phazeer?
When I bought my Polaris Trail Deluxe back in 1989; those Phazers were my particular nemesis out on the lakes; Quicker and faster; they'd eat my lunch at each dragrace. :gaah:
So i got busy...
Aaen pipe
120 picks in the track
more gearing changes than I'll ever admit to doing ;)
Clutchedto the moon; it'd launch and shift out at 7200rpm, and then only drop back to 7000 all the way to the top
A 60 pound (!) weight reduction

When I was done with them; the Phazer-Jockeys no longer wanted to play with me and my two-up tourer! :2thumbs:
Raised the top speed on that little sled by 9 mph! :ohyea: I could almost play with the liquid cooled machines!

Yea Bob remember those very very well, had a few back in the day....But no suspension to speak of....This one is a 2007 4-stroke 500cc twin goes a lot faster than the old ones :roflblack:, and the Polaris is a 2001 ..mostly for guests and towing the home made drag .....Tha Cat can almost keep up with the Warrior to about 100 mph ...( Turbo's rock ) But then it's Good Buy......Had the Warrior up to 125 but that's with the Speedo not RADAR so who knows...Have Fun I am right now......   ......Mike
