• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

North Carolina Patch

I need to appologize..... when I said I would finish the patch design this weekend, it never crossed my mind thast it was Easter Weedend. Sorry....didn't find any free time. However..... I did put my daughter on, she's a college Art Major, so her work is much better than mine anyways.
Hopefully I'll have something very soon.

Nc/Sc patch

Have we gotten any further along in this project?
I attempted to get a local embroider to make a patch, but he was apprehensive due to copyright issues.... I wanted "Can-Am." on it, but he said no way!
I did get him to embroider in script "spyder ryder" for me on three "wrangler shirts" I picked up at Wally-world...
I've had this guy do many items for me over the years, hats, vests, and recently these shirts...if we could get "official" sanction from the manufacturer, for our NC/SC patch, I believe he would be willing to make them for us in volume...

I love the idea! I have always admirred twogunns avatar. I think t-shirts are the way to go , but I also like to see a pin. I have pins from every state, event or cool place I've riden to.

Let me know what I can help with, if anything, to get this started!

you should contact Mark at the CAT sight...he did a design for Michigan
Spyderlovers...perhaps he could do the same for you....you can see our t-shirt design of the CAT website....good luck:thumbup:

While I'm happy to have my new Spyder, I'm not excited about something that can kill a person on the patch. But then I have an irrational fear of real spiders. I'm waiting for someone to say a person can be killed on a Spyder too:(. Truly my opinion is only one. Maybe the spider could be less menacing looking. ;)

Golf or polo shirts with pocket (for glasses) would be nice.

On the cake at the "MEET 'N GREET" ... !!

I like the one in your 7/31 post best however but this one sure looked good on the cake.
The cake was good too - - sorry you missed it !!

OMG that is AWESOME !

I know! Food Lion did a marvelous job, didn't they? I was SO disappointed that you couldn't see it in person. Well, now you know why I asked for that bigger pic of your avatar. I love the new design, too!

Because Catniption moved to SC, I'm glad we have the 2-state design. 'Nip and I would want to bear the same 'colors', lol! Plus, I have met so many nice folks from SC that I'm glad to be a part of their group, too! :D

2Gunns, if you want I will start shopping around for a vendor if you think we need to go another direction. My wife Linda has done a test embroidery of your design but it still needs some tweaking.

I have a vendor here local that will do shirts, patches, whatever. He does these for our company. I will check with him and get a quote. It would be a NC company and local. They do good work. I post back the information when I get it. I know he will ask about quantity - any ideas

If we go by 2Gunns count sheet there is 51 of us. I would be good for a few tees and patches.
