There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

If it's the 1330 ACE Triple motor, they have hydraulic lifters, and it could be those building pressure :dontknow: The 1330's do always sound a bit rattly on start-up, and the F3's are noisier than most others too. So it could quite easily be a 'normal' noise that you're hearing, altho it could possibly be louder than it should be if your engine is low on oil or if it has the wrong type of oil in it.
Still, it's pretty hard 'diagnosing' this sorta thing over the internet - we really need more info to tell, including the year/model mentioned above; and a vid or sound bite wouldn't hurt either.
