Where I used to work, we had issues with hiring the young folks. They didn't understand the concept of coming to work everyday, on time and ready to work. They wanted to be on their phones all day long, and wear what they wanted to wear. So sometimes we found hiring the slightly more mature worker worked out better.

The 3 on and 4 days off, deal, Ill be catching up on my sleep, and other things, and riding my spyder when time is allowed. I also have an other Major life change that goes along with the new job. (All is good). Time will tell. The new job is in the Northern part Vermont. Deanna

Thanks for your continued support/and following this thread. The roads still have salt/snow on them. Also we still have ALOT OF SNOW here. This week the weather is cold, and we are getting an other messy snow storm this weekend( we are getting snow, sleet, freezing rain, rain). This winter keeps dragging on ! The weather has to break soon!

Now a days, kids don't want to work, they just want the BIG BUCKS and they want to start at the top of the company( CEO, etc.) and I :agree: what you said.

How is it going?

Here is my job update 3/6/2019 @ 1:37p.m.

My orientation went well( over whelmed but good). My first day on the job was yesterday( Tuesday 3/5/2019) I learned different jobs, went thru trainings( safety), and worked/shadowed different people on the production lines.
