• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

No Headlight or Foglights

I rode My Spyder some yesterday. when I pulled into the basement, the only light on was the one on the garage door opener. Ususally the light on the bike I'm on lights up the basement, but no lights. Left it running and got off, no headlights or foglights, all the other running light worked. When I went to check it out this morning, found the 30 amp headlight fuse under the seat was blown. Don't know what caused it to blow, but got a new one and everything seems to be fine now. going to get an extra one to keep on the Spyder. Hate to be out in the dark when this happened.

\Sounds like maybe an assortment of fuses and a flashlight might be essential storage items in addition to the relays. :yikes:

Note to self - get fuses and keep in trunk....
sometimes you can "salvage" a less important fuse from a vehicle to get home/auto parts...would hate to try that with the Spyder.

thanks!

In the fuses in the front, there are 4 spare fuses, but these are the small blade type fuses. The 6 under the seat are the maxi-fuse and there are no spares. I already had a small flashlight on the spyder.
