• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thanks for the information, and especially the pictures. It sounds like that is a very good investment, and something easy for us to do ourselves.

One of the first and main things we wanted to do ws make the filter properly fit in and stay in place in the air box.

Many a person has remover their air box and found one or more of the stock air filter's sides caved in allowing all the dirt and junk to go straight in their motor! :yikes:

The ESI Spyder filter made exclusivly for us by Green Filter uses a much more ridge sidewall construction, which stops this distortion from ever happening again. Plus it has almost twice the airflow over a stock filter. and is totally reuasable with a lifetime warranty to boot.

Sounds like a necessary item to add to the next shopping list. :) Do you get quantity discounts for 2 Spyder families? It never hurts to ask you know. ;)

How much plastic did you have to remove to get the kind of access shown in the pictures? Please advise as I would like to get one of these filters.
