• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The weekend can't come fast enough.
Thanks for all the great posts about potential problems, solutions and DIY. You guys made the decision that much more e
Farkles begin Tuesday.

Okay then...!!

congratulations are in order...this was what the test was all about..A+. Welcome to both this site and the roadster world. You will have to post some pic's of your new ryde and the farkels as you install them...

Enjoy the new ryde. After a few hundred miles on the new Ryde, we'll look forward to an honest comparison with the Victory!!

Question for ya.

Congrats Snakeeater!
I know if I have the extra money in a month (my timeline for purchase) I will jump on the 2014 but I am always curious what others have done in similar situations so I have a question for you if you don't mind. Originally on the forum you posted you were looking at a 2012, but something obviously changed your mind.
I was just wondering what it was that pushed you towards the 2014? Was it the deal you got, lack of inventory for 2012's, momentary lapse in judgement :D?

Thanks in advance.

I recommend you ride a 2012, then a 2014 immediately afterwards. You will know the answer, but it might delay your purchase...

Congrats on your new purchase.

You will love the 2014. First farkles should be the swaybar and lazer alignment and the Custom Dynamics rear light bar. That is what I did on my 2014 and it really made a good bike better.

Congrats Snakeeater!

Yeah, I had a 12 RT Ltd lined up for a trade, but it fell through. The local dealer called me to say that the demo model I test rode a while back was up for sale at a significant discount. I couldn't pass it up. only 6K with 30 months warranty left.

I was in a bike accident in April and my leg is slow to mend, and I just couldn't see waiting till spring to get back on the road.

Pics to follow soon.

:welcome: Are you getting it at Hi-Tech Powersports? Got my 2014 RT-S there in June. Seems to be a solid dealership. Enjoy!

:welcome: and :congrats: on your :spyder:.............why wait to Tuesday for the "farkles".................get going this weekend!:roflblack::yes:
