• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'm new to spyder world. Still have myHonda vfr 1200 in garage in case the urge to ride on 2 wheels comes back. I recently bought a 2009 Phantom with just over 4000km(2500 miles) on it. I purchased from a dealer and bought 3 year extended warranty at what I thought was a very good price. My question is this, What concerns or items should I be aware of as I begin my journey down 3 wheeled bliss?

Nothing..!!

just practice read your manual cover to cover and enjoy the ryde. There are some informative do's and don't here you can learn from. Mostly it is just getting out there. Your gonna love it... :ohyea:

:welcome: and :congrats: on the new ryde. As other have said, read the manual, check out the new owners thread, get a few miles in to "unlearn" the two wheeled ways, don't over control your ryde.

The 2009 models are pretty much bullet proof, so you should be enjoying your new ryde a lot.
