• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New vs Used

We bought a 2012 RT this year with 900 miles. You can go used, but I would go lower miles than what you have found and get maintenance records.

:welcome: I would do some more checking about the warranty. A 2015 should have at least the manufacturers 2 year which begins when the :spyder2: is sold to the customer. If you are going to do two-up riding, the RT is the best platform for comfort.

Test driving and more questions here are recommended.

We bought a 2012 demo RT and when I wanted to buy the best warranty I found out the warranty starts when they make the bike a demo unit. I found out my warranty ran out in August of 2014 and I bought the RT in November of 2012. Still a 2015 should still be under factory warranty.

Thank you for all the info on the warranty issue. I must have misunderstood the salesman. All of your posts have been very helpful as well as the other threads I have been reading.

I would look for a RT 2014 or newer to get the 1330 engine. The 2015 at the dealer your looking at should have warrenty but i don,t see how a demo could have 4000 miles. They must give it out to anyone that walkes through through the door.Good luck.

That's what my dealer originally told me, but he was wrong. Unless they changed the rules, the demo you bought must have been titled before. I bought a 2013 demo at the end of the riding season. It was listed in BRP's files as an untitled demo bike. My warranty started the day I titled it at the dealer.

If I were you, I'd give B.E.S.T a call. You may have extra warranty days coming.
