• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New trailer

For my Birthday Carol broke down and let me get our new 18' aluminum trailer. Now we will be able to attend a few more events without worry about the weather. The truth is, after we came back from MN fighting the winds for two days she decided I was right after all, and it would be better if we had a trailer for those long distance rides.

Is that a TILT bed ? It is very nice, in any case.
Also looks like it could function as a car hauler in a pinch.
Those aluminum trailers handle so nicely, I'm sure you will enjoy.

Very nice trailer! You said you spent two days fighting winds and I note in your signature no BajaRon sway bar. With one you don't have to fight wind, you just blow through it.

We do have the sway bar's on both spyder the wends were well over 40mph, the sway bars were doing their job just fine. we were doing all we could to hang on to the spyder's :yikes:

That really looks good, John, and it also is very practical. I've been considering do that again as well. Hope all is well your way, and please tell Carol we said hi.

Aluminum is the only way to go. Someday you will sell it for what you paid for it. I have had two open and several enclosed through the years. No rust and no maintenance. Also lighter and easier to tow.
